Industries manufacturing the following shall be prohibited within National Capital Territory of Delhi.

A public utility service involving any of the activities referred to above shall be permitted subject to environmental laws. Further additions/alterations to the list of Prohibited Industries could be made if considered appropriate and in public interest by the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) to do so.
