Who Can Apply for Modification of FSSAI Form-C?
Businesses holding an FSSAI Central license with a turnover of more than INR 20 crore require a modification to Form C. Big manufacturers, food importers, exporters and companies working across several regions will come under this category. If these businesses require to add any new food category, update ownership or change address, they must apply for Form-C modification.

FSSAI Modification Fee
The FSSAI modification cost depends on the type of license. For Basic registration it costs Rs 100 per year, for Form B it ranges from Rs 2,000 to Rs 5,000 per year, and for Form C it is Rs 7,500 per year.
