EVRE Takes The Lead: Unveiling Ambitious Plans To Build 800-1,000 EV Charging Hubs"
In the game-changing revelation, it is seen that EVRE, a leading B2B charging solutions provider declared to invest around ₹200-250 crore in the development of around 800- 1,000 commercial electric vehicles (EV) Charging hubs over the next two years. This newfound discovery exemplifies the demand for EV charging services in India.
Accordingly, it has been operating in 120 charging hubs in eight cities. As part of its upcoming expansion, the company plans to construct, comparatively larger charging hubs, scaling as much as 25,000 feet each. As a result, EVRE is likely to be a key player in witnessing the growth of India's electric vehicle market as a result of this investment.

To elaborate more on this, EVRE comes across as the EV charging company, that is 100% vertically integrated, acting as, both charger original equipment manufacturer (OEM) along with the charge point operator. Thus, the expansion is designed to meet the associated demand for EV charging infrastructure and make charging facilities more accessible to electric vehicle users.
EVRE is a vertically integrated company that offers two types of services. The first service involves selling chargers to government bodies, PSUs or agencies, such as Discoms. The second service involves providing charging solutions for commercial vehicle fleets, including logistics fleets and passenger transportation.
Just as this, it was launched in 2017, as a 100 per cent vertically integrated EV charging company, serving as both the charger OEM as well as the Charge point operator.
As per the statements issued by its co-founder Chandresh Sethia, it said “Going forward, the hubs that we are now creating are larger in terms of individual area, which would be greater than 25,000 sqft.”
We are one of the largest fleet-charging players in the country. So, we are primarily focussed on commercial three-wheeler logistics fleets and a four-wheeler passenger fleet today,” he added.
Within this, the current product lies the existence of both, hardware and software solutions.

“We are looking for local partners globally, specifically in these three places that we are interested in selling outside India,” he said.
Continuing what he declared, they aim towards creating and scaling the large-scale infrastructure, unlike how and what the current players have been doing all this while.
“We want to create large-scale, fast-charging highway infrastructure. Highway infrastructure is to create amenities and charging infrastructure from the ground up. So, we plan to tie up with a partner who creates these amenities on the highway,” he noted.
The highway infrastructure will be for personal mobility, commercial buses, and large trucks. “We are looking at starting with this after our series A - in the next calendar year,” Sethia said.
