  • FSSAI License

  2. FSSAI state license
  3. FSSAI central license 

The FSSAI can be made through an online or offline mechanism in the name of the business to be operated by the business owner. Individuals who operate their businesses without an FSSAI license face severe penalties. The terms of the license remain valid for 1 to 5 years, which varies from product to product.

  • Trade License 

Plant-based food restaurants require a trade license, which is the license to carry on business at the specified location relating to specified products authorized by the state authority. The license can be obtained from the municipality where the business is located. The trade license remains valid for a period of one year from the date of registration, which can be renewed through the payment of the annual license fee.

  • Fire NOC

The fire safety license is provided to business operations, restaurants, and other services through the Fire Authority. The fire safety license can be obtained through the building plans, architect certificate, and other safety rules and regulations 

  • Shops and Establishment Registration

The business of food-based meat restaurants and related businesses requires a commercial establishment license, which is provided through the respective state’s labor department. The application process on how to obtain the license for the Shops and Establishments must register.

  • Environmental Clearance

The business is operated through the process of registration as a shop and the establishment must be established and operated after obtaining environmental clearance from the State Pollution Control Board. The two licenses, "consent to establish" and "consent to operate," are mandatory for the operation of the same.
