Documents Required For DPCC White Category

DPCC White category Industry being the least polluting industry requires an undertaking. The following are the document required for DPCC white category -

• PAN Card
• Aadhar card
• Authorization letter
• Municipal or industry license
• Factory, trade, or health trade license
• The industry also needs to submit proof of registration of the unit.
• FSSAI and GST certificate
• Water Bill
• Electricity bill
• The proof of ownership

Documents Required For DPCC Green & Orange Category Consent To Establish (CTE)

Following are the document required for DPCC Green, Orange, and Red categories-

• Layout plan
• Project report discussing in detail the unit, capital, number of workers, manufacturing procedure, products, etc.
• PAN Card of the Industrial Unit/Proprietor/HCU
• An authorization letter is not required in the case of the individual proprietary.
• Proof of possession e.g. allotment letter or lease deed or valid rental agreement.
• CA certificate
• Proof of CETP membership, if applicable
• Copy of the address proof
• PAN Card of the Industrial Unit/Proprietor/HCU
• An authorization letter is not required in the case of the individual proprietary.

Document Required For DPCC Green & Orange Category Consent To Operate (CTO)

• CA certificate
• Manufacturing procedure
• Used raw materials, manufactured products, and by-products list
• Additionally, it requires ETP/STP effluent analysis report
• Noise monitoring report
• Proof of CETP membership, if applicable
• Electricity Bill
• Water connection copy
• PAN Card of the Industrial Unit or Proprietor or HCU
• The original authorization letter
• It is optional to submit a copy of CGWA or DJB or DC Permission or Registration
• SSI / MSME Registration Certificate
• Moreover, the applicant has to submit proof of conformity with the master plan of Delhi from the concerned authority
• In the case of the hotel industry, proof of the connection of the drainage system from the concerned department or a self-attested undertaking. ( hotel industry specifically includes a restaurant, eating house, sweets shops, Dhaba and hotels, banquet halls and party lawns)
• License from the food safety department in case using tobacco as raw material
