The registration of medicinal stores in India is governed by the Indian Pharmacy Act of 1948. According to the Act, medical stores and pharmacies must register with the state government and provide all pertinent information. Following submission, a registration tribunal will make a decision on the issues raised. The structure of the medical store's business is critical here. While hospital, chain, and township medical stores prefer to form a private limited company, a solo medical store should form as a sole proprietorship or partnership. Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) have recently gained popularity, and medical retailers are evaluating it as a viable business model. The advancement of the partners' rights, which is granted in the LLP form of the constitution, is largely responsible for this transformation.

To receive a trade license, you must submit an application to the Local Municipal Corporation. It's part of a larger attempt to control trade so that citizens aren't exposed to health risks and annoyances. It guarantees that the location where the work is done complies with all applicable rules, regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
GST Registration
GST stands for goods and services tax, and it was implemented on July 1, 2017, in India, replacing approximately 15 additional cascading taxes imposed by the Central and State governments.
