DOT OSP Compliance

As per the New Telecom Policy (NTP) 1999, companies in India utilizing Telecom resources for services like telebanking, telemedicine, tele-education, e-commerce, call center, and other IT IT-enabled services are known as "Other Service Providers" (OSP). The Department of Telecommunications (DOT) mandates that these other service providers, also known as OSPs, must acquire an OSP Registration.
