Some life forms (including land plants and land animals) have developed from prior species that lived in water bodies.
When it comes to developmental work on land there are various activities associated with the land which should be carried out before starting construction on land.
These activities are called pre-construction activity & include land title verification, land surveying, land demarcation, land contouring & Fencing.
These activities play an important role for land, the project going to be started on the land.
Following are the activities which should be carried out on a land before starting of the construction: -
- Land Title Verification
A property is divided into the movable and immovable property. The immobile property usually includes land, profit arise out of the land, house, or any other things which are connected to the earth.
