Annual Compliance for Public Limited Company

After Public Limited Company incorporation, next legal complication from ROC (Registrar of Companies) is annual compliances. It’s mandatory for all Public Limited companies to file annual compliances on time as per dates defined by ROC. Failure in filing compliance on time leads to heavy penalties on business.

LLP Annual Compliance

An LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) company in India has to file the annual return within 60 days from the end of close of financial year to maintain compliance and avoid the heavy penalty for non-compliance. It’s also compulsory to file Statement of Account & Solvency within 30 days from end of six months of the close of financial year. LLPs in India must keep their financial year from April 1st to March 31st.

Annual Compliance for One Person Company

As per Company Law, every One-Person Company needs to file annual Compliance. The return needs to be signed by the Company Secretary. In absence of a Company Secretary, the director of the company can sign the return.

As per Central Pollution Control Board, Each waste collection activity is required to take prior permission to establish from their respective State Pollution Control Board. A business activity may be categorized as Collection, Segregation, Recycling, Processing etc of the waste generated during any other industrial process. The Delhi Pollution Control Committee issues Authorization to applicants for the establishment and commencement of a business activity.

Bio-medical Waste (Management & Handling) Rules, 1998 were notified by the Ministry of Environment & Forests (MoEF) under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6, 8 and 25 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), and in supersession of the Bio-Medical Waste (Management and Handling) Rules, 1998 and further amendments made thereof, the Central Government vide G.S.R. 343(E) dated 28 th March, 2016 published the Bio-medical Waste Management Rules, 2016.
